Handstands for Beginners with @debwhite7! 5 week series starting this Thursday at 8:45PM!
Using gymnastics technique to ensure proper progression to a handstand, this workshop is for all levels, shapes, and sizes. You will learn techniques to safely practice on your own and support you in your handstand journey.
Focus will be on proper body alignment and safe step by step conditioning towards a freestanding handstand.

Duration: 60 Minutes
